Evergreen District was founded after years of serving veterans and individuals experiencing housing instability through behavioral health and case management.
Working alongside people rebuilding their lives revealed a common truth: No matter who you are, everyone deserves a safe, stable home to flourish.

Referral Partners Welcome
We welcome inquiries from social workers, case managers, hospitals, veterans' organizations, discharge planners, families, and community organizations assisting adults experiencing homelessness or financial instability, including veterans. Contact us to discuss housing availability and whether our shared living option may be appropriate for the person you are assisting.
An on-site housing manager is available to offer guidance and connections to community resources while respecting each resident's privacy, independence, and personal goals.
